Emotional Well-Being is learning to be well in your body and your life.  

  • Moving from reaction to response. 

  • Having a healthy relationship with your emotions and with yourself.  

  • Reducing or even eliminating the reactions from triggers.  

  • Restoring the defensive responses…that’s the reaction from our survival brain. And move to release and coming back into conscience brain.  Eventually you stop reacting and start responding with ease.


In modern society most people live in their heads and are disconnected from the sensations in their bodies. 


When you work on your Emotional Well-Being you shift your mental and physical health as they are all interwoven. You:

  • Feel more confident

  • Reduce health issues including gut issues

  • Shift old limiting beliefs faster

  • Stop reacting to life and start responding to it from an empowered place

Emotional Well-Being coaching not only helps you reprogram your mind but it restores the nervous system. 


Emotions are often overlooked when doing this work.  And they can create the greatest breakthrough and shift.  Why?  Because Emotion is Energy in Motion and when we don’t express our emotions in healthy ways that energy can get stuck within us blocking us from the change we desire.  It is not moving and therefore creates a clog- like in a hose.  When we release it from our being we literally move out of our limbic mind and into our pre-frontal cortex.  We more from our sympathies nervous system to our parasympathetic.  We move out of survival and move towards thriving.  We feel more grounded and centered because we are living from a more conscious place.

Most of us want to have a deeper understanding of ourselves.  We want to Master ourselves and yet often we don't know what to do or where to start.  

Even if we are happy with our lives we sometimes struggle with why we keep experiencing certain situations over and over again.    I have totally been there. I kept experiencing the same work situation and burning myself out. I kept dating the same type of guy even though I thought this one was going to be different  I felt stuck to figure out what I needed to do to get out of these patterns.  What I discovered in my journey was that all of this was being created by my subconscious beliefs and old narratives from my past that I was not even aware of.

In Fall of 2006 my boss found my under the water fountain at work having a panic attack. Feeling that deep state of fear and overwhelm and not truly understanding where it was coming from. This started my personal journey to take a deeper dive under the surface of what's truly happening with me.   


On the outside I had it all but on the inside something did not feel in alignment. With the support from a coach, a therapist, yoga, Reiki, many personal development programs and of course family and friends I began to make some massive shifts to bring me to where I am today.  A person that lives more fully in my heart, more grounded and centered.  I feel more alive because honestly I am living fully into my potential.  


A key ingredient that I found through doing this work was addressing my Emotional Well-Being.  Learning about my emotions, how they showed up in my body, and expressing them in healthy ways to release them from my being.  My process was curated out of years of experience, research, science, data and downloads from the universe.  It requires willingness, awareness, curiosity, acceptance, and action.
