New Year, New Reality is a 3-day journey that will expose your mind, body and spirit to a deeper understanding of you. You will begin to unlock parts of yourself that have been hidden. You will gain more clarity around why you get stuck and what you can do to change it.

How?

I will host a webinar each day at 1pm EDT/6pm UK to share specific topic. I will present for about 90 minutes and provide you with some exercises for you to start engaging with the topic.

Topics include:

Understand your current reality
Identify your adaptive behaviors and compensatory strategy
Clarity; get clear on your inspirations
Building self compassion
Committing to self

We will be doing this in Community because there is a lot of added value and energy when we do these things with others. We learn from each other, hold each other accountable and cheer each other on.

New Year, New Reality is going to open your mind and heart to possibilities. It is going to push you to think and feel differently and that might scare you. That fear is a sign that you need to be pushed in order to up level. So, if this sounds both scary and exciting then consider joining us. I'm Kerri-Ann and I guide people through their transformation of becoming the designer of their life.

I'm known as the Energy Alchemist - empowering humans to design a remarkable life through conscious effort. I use a hands-on practical approach with a spiritual blend, combining western and eastern philosophies and pulling from coaching, neuroscience, meditation, psychology, Reiki, somatic work, yoga and conscious living into one whole package to serve.
